I'm Natalia, and I may or may not have a Notion page for that.

Creativity has been part of me for as long as I can remember. I started painting when I was very young, and that early love for making things from scratch has stayed with me ever since.

I'm drawn to the process of creation, imagining the finished piece before it exists, exploring the details, and finding ways to turn an idea into something tangible.

My mind is rarely quiet; I'm constantly connecting dots, imagining possibilities, and picturing how something could look and feel before it comes to life.

Some of my best ideas come when I least expect them: while cooking, in the sauna, or in those quiet moments when my mind has room to wander. When an idea clicks, I can barely type fast enough to get it all down.

I first used it to organize my work. Then it found its way into my home and my routines, and I was won over by the idea that something so powerful could yet feel simple to use.

I'm the kind of person who notices details: the spacing on a page, the order of a view, the one formula that saves you a click every single day. Those are the things I revisit and refine long after a template looks finished.

But beautiful pages are only half of it. A planner has to survive real life: the busy weeks, the quiet ones, the days you don't open it at all. So I build systems that wait for you instead of falling apart. Miss a few days, make a quick decision, and carry on.

A little bit of backstory

How it all began

Somewhere along the way, I found a connection between my creative side and the more technical world. My husband, who has a strong background in tech, probably deserves some credit for my growing curiosity about the technical side of things.

Over time, his explanations sparked questions of my own, and I started to enjoy exploring the logic behind how things work almost as much as thinking about how they look.

While he brought the technical perspective, I was drawn to the creative possibilities. And these different angles naturally started complementing each other.

Notion turned out to be the perfect meeting point: a place where I could combine my love for design with the logic of building systems that actually work.

Now I find myself thinking beyond how a page looks: could a formula make something easier? Could a button save someone a few clicks? Would moving an element make the whole experience feel more intuitive? It's these little improvements I enjoy most, finding ways to make each page not just look good, but work beautifully, too.

That's what I love about creating templates: bringing together the visual and the practical, and turning an idea into something thoughtful, useful, and genuinely enjoyable to use.
