This website and shop are run by Arnau Brand, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 74956787.

These terms apply to every visit to arnaubrand.com and to every order placed on it. By placing an order you accept them. If a provision is invalid, the rest of these terms still apply.

Purchases made on our Etsy shop are covered by Etsy’s own terms.

We sell digital Notion templates. Each product page describes what is included. Images show the template as designed; your own content and the version of Notion you use may make it look slightly different.

You need a Notion account to use the templates. They work on Notion’s free plan. Notion is a separate service with its own terms, and we are not responsible for its availability or changes.

Prices are shown in euros, or in US dollars for visitors from the United States (you can switch at the top of the page). For customers in the European Union, prices include VAT. Outside the EU, any local sales tax is calculated and added at checkout where it applies. The amount you pay is always shown before you confirm. Launch prices and bundle savings are shown in the cart; discounts do not stack, and the cart always charges the lower of the launch price or the bundle price.

Payment is handled securely by our payment provider. Your order is complete once the payment is confirmed.

Your template is delivered digitally. Right after payment you’ll see your private template link on the confirmation page, and we send it to the email address you gave at checkout. Open the link, click Duplicate, and the template is saved to your own Notion workspace.

Under EU and Dutch law, consumers can usually withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days. For digital content that is delivered straight away, this right ends once delivery has started, provided you agreed to immediate delivery and confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal (article 6:230p of the Dutch Civil Code).

At checkout we ask you to tick a box to confirm both. Because your template is available immediately after payment, purchases cannot be withdrawn or refunded once the order is complete. Please read the product description carefully before you buy.

Your template must match its description and work as described. If it doesn’t, for example if the link doesn’t work or something is missing, write to hello@arnaubrand.com within a reasonable time after you notice it. We will fix it or send you a working copy. If that isn’t possible, we’ll find a suitable solution together, such as store credit towards another planner. This does not affect your statutory rights.

When you buy a planner, it’s for your personal use. You’re welcome to duplicate it into your own Notion workspace and adapt it to suit you. You may not share, sell, give away or redistribute it, or use it to create derivative products, in full or in part.

Unauthorized use may lead to legal action. We reserve the right to take legal steps, including claiming damages, against anyone who breaks these terms.

We may improve our templates over time. When we update the current version of a planner you own, such as the Fitness Hub, you can duplicate the updated version again at no extra cost. New editions of the Life Dashboard, such as next year’s, are separate products.

We take great care with our templates and this website, but we can’t guarantee they will be free of errors at all times. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned, except in the case of intent or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow a limitation.

You are responsible for the content you add to your templates and for keeping your own Notion workspace safe.

We handle your personal data with care and in line with the GDPR. Read how in our Privacy Policy.

These conditions apply if you join our affiliate program. Joining is free and by application; we decide which applications we accept.

• Your code: you get a personal discount code that gives your audience 15% off regular prices. It doesn’t combine with launch or bundle savings: the customer always gets the better deal, and the sale still counts for you.
• Commission: 25% of what the customer paid, excluding VAT or sales tax. Orders that are refunded or charged back don’t count, and neither do your own purchases.
• Payouts: monthly, by bank transfer or PayPal, within the first 15 days of the next month, once you’ve earned at least €25 (or $25 for sales in dollars). Smaller amounts roll over to the next month. You’re responsible for any tax on your earnings.
• Sharing honestly: always make clear that you earn a commission (for example with “ad” or “affiliate link”), as the law and the Dutch advertising code require. Don’t make claims about the planners that aren’t true.
• Not allowed: paid search ads on the name Arnau Brand, posting your code on coupon or deal websites, spam, and buying through your own code.
• Ending: you and we can end the cooperation at any time. Commission you earned before that is paid out once it reaches the minimum. If these rules are broken, we can stop the cooperation and withhold commission on the orders concerned.
• Changes: we tell you at least 30 days before changing the commission rate or these conditions.

These terms are governed by Dutch law. As a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.

We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one on this page at the time of your order.
